
The "point of contact" for my office is such a b$%ch!! I have never known such a petty person in my life. She tells us that we can't throw away broken equipment because it was expensive when it was new, the stuff is broken and can't be used ever again!!!! Half of the parts are held on by tape!!! So we have trash sitting on a shelf taking up space because she feels the need to control everything. Every single thing that we request is denied!! I have to scream into my headset to talk to patients because they can't hear me but new a headset is "an expense that the department is not prepared to pay right now." This was said about a month before their offices started being remodeled. $40,000 worth of remodeling!!!!! Then if she thinks that one of us has done something wrong she has to come in and say "Who talked to this person or who booked this appointment? Then she takes the supervisor out in the hall and belittles her. WTF???? Anyone else have to deal with silly crap like this?
