Default Sick Days....

Why is it that there is always 1 person you work with that has the weakest immune system on the planet?? This guy has missed 7 days of work, claiming to be sick, throughout this year and never more than one day at a time??

I wouldn't bitch about it but every time he misses work I have to cover his job too.

7 days out a year? Thats good. I get 1 day off a pay period........You'd hate to have to cover for me

We get 4 sick days a year and usually you just try and tough it out to come in.

If someone is not around to do the job, there should be a replacement to cover up the absent employee...
That's just the way it is... :-)
