Default If you won a million dollars, would you quit?

I think it would take more than a million for me to retire, especially the small amount that would be left after taxes. I say small but I would take it an not complain

This woman won one million dollars and is keeping her waitressing job:

If you're lucky that would be $400k, it would make a nice chunk of change to invest. She could have started her own restaurant with that.

No I wouldn't quit. I'd try to keep it a secret. I'd keep working. I would just keep showing up with new expensive toys all the time.

I could you keep that a secret!? I cant hide $20 let a lone that much. Could you imagine knocking over a bank and try and keep the same living situation?

Infact I heard a story of a pair who robbed and bank and went hog wild with the money. Of course they were caught because their neighbor's started asking questions. They never left the area they lived in, lol

I would not quit my job at all!! I would definitely keep it a secret. My husband and I would probably take an awesome vacation, donate some to a charity/church, and then invest the rest. I don't want people knowing because then EVERYONE will want to be your friend and get some money. Not all about that. I would want to keep us to keep our jobs because A.) 1 million really isn't alot and B.) What would we do? It would get boring after awhile.!!

I wouldn't quit. A million doesn't last very long these days. I would probably invest the majority of it and take a vaca.

Such a lucky woman...
I'll resign and put up my own business...
This is a sign that I should move on and take it to the next level...
As the owner of my own business...
